We have manufactured hundreds of thousands of sets of coils. Using 3D printing technology for coil prototyping in conjunction with our state-of-the-art CAD system modelling, AEM engineering takes our coil manufacturing capability to the highest levels. Each coil we manufacture is checked for correct geometry and fit for each sub-component that we rewind. The AEM coil department replicates all the critical dimensions of the coils including core, slot and support ring dimensions. Before production, the fit, size and resistance of each coil, based on these critical dimensions, is inspected and checked throughout the coil manufacturing process, including pre-production. Sets of coils are made into kits that are quality inspected to the drawings before entering inventory.
