  • CNC Programmer
  • 3-5 Years preferred

Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Bobcad and Fusion360) based on customer blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters to produce precision parts.

Set up and operate CNC machines to prove out programs.

Monitor machine performance, adjust programs as necessary, and troubleshoot any problems that arise with the programs.

Perform quality checks to ensure that parts meet customer requirements and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used, time spent, and quantities produced.

Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and machinists, to ensure that all parts are produced to the highest quality standards.

  • Pre-employment FAA Drug Test required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming 3, 4 and 5 axis equipment, including G-code and CAM software.
  • Experience with a variety of CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
