Our field rewind process starts with removing all the defective field coils, cleaning and inspecting the pole shoes, inspecting the housing and then rewinding the unit with new wire and insulation. Fields are vacuum impregnated in varnish and then oven baked to ruggedize the windings.
Fields are inspected and tested to ensure they meet the manufacturer’s identified requirements. We provide rewind services and manufacture new field assemblies for OEM’s around the globe.
